Dear Lebanon Business Partner,

We have worked tirelessly to make Lebanon an even greater place to live and work, but there is always room for improvement, and we are committed to making it even better. To continue building upon our success, we need your thoughts and opinions on how we are doing in providing basic city services, Lebanon Chamber of Commerce services, and economic development support from Lebanon Regional Economic Development Inc (REDI). Your input is crucial to ensure we are doing everything we can to support your business.

Many forward-thinking communities conduct professional surveys to guide their organizations and service delivery. The City of Lebanon has surveyed our residents every two years since 2018, including our business owners in 2020 and 2022. Based on these surveys, we have made numerous improvements and continue to build them.

The 2022 survey identified street maintenance, including sidewalks, and curbs, as a major priority. In response, we have made significant strides, including adding more accessible parking downtown and increasing. Other top issues were code and ordinance enforcement and the effectiveness of the Chamber of Commerce with businesses. We have increased staff for code administration and made property maintenance code enforcement efforts a priority. Additionally, the Chamber has grown significantly, greatly increasing its services and cementing its partnership with the City to be a true benefit.

Please take the time to complete the following survey. Any information that could be used to identify individual survey responses will remain confidential. This survey is being administered by ETC Institute, a national leader in survey administration and data analysis, whose extensive experience will allow Lebanon to compare itself to other cities.

A summary of the survey results will be published and made available to the public. We will use these results to evaluate and continually improve the services we provide to you, our customer.

Thank you for providing your feedback and helping our city be even better. If you have any questions, please contact the City Administrator's office at (417) 991-2301, the Chamber of Commerce at (417) 588-3256, or REDI at (417) 533-5627.
